The L.I.G.H.T House promotes intentional living rooted in balance, self-awareness, and cross-cultural understanding. Through movement classes, workshops, and meditation, we seek to honor the cultural and spiritual significance of these practices while engaging diverse perspectives of mindfulness that enrich our vision.
